Rahul Dravid has confirmed his continuation as India’s head coach until at least the 2024 T20 World Cup, responding to the BCCI’s extension offer.

Taking over in November 2021, Dravid has overseen India’s ascent in Test, ODI, and T20I rankings, despite missing out on ICC titles.

Expressing gratitude for his family’s sacrifices, Dravid looks ahead to upcoming challenges. Jay Shah, the BCCI secretary, voiced unwavering support, commending the team’s recent standout performance in the World Cup.

with Dravid’s extension, India’s support staff: Vikram Rathour (batting coach), Paras Mhambrey (bowling coach), and T Dilip (fielding coach) have also been extended.

Rahul Dravid‘s upcoming agenda includes India’s tour of South Africa, followed by a home series versus England before the 2024 T20 World Cup, signifying the BCCI’s commitment to continued success under Dravid’s leadership.
