Crifo Sports is an online sports news portal dedicated to delivering accurate and objective sports news and analysis to audiences across Bangladesh. Launched on 7 December 2022, Crifo Sports is owned by Crifo Sports Media Limited (CSML).
While the portal places strong emphasis on national and international cricket and football coverage, it also reports on a wide range of sports and related segments, including hockey, basketball, badminton, tennis, player biographies, photo stories, the Olympic Games, interviews, opinion pieces, athletics, travel, hiking, cycling, match fixtures, and cricket/football rankings.
What sets Crifo Sports apart from other sports news portals is its commitment to multimedia journalism- delivering news from home and abroad through text, audio, video, infographics, and web stories.
S. Azim, Editor, and A. Zaman, Associate Editor of Crifo Sports, are both well-known figures in Bangladesh’s sports journalism sector, each with over 12 years of professional experience. Over their careers, they have worked with leading outlets such as Daily Amader Somoy, Dhaka Times, and Banglavision TV.
With a team of young, passionate, and experienced journalists, Crifo Sports focuses on a storytelling approach that makes even the most complex sports issues clear and accessible to its readers.

Crifo Sports aims to deliver the most up-to-date sports news to its readers in the shortest possible time- while remaining accurate, objective, and unbiased. Our correspondents are stationed across all major sports fields, enabling us to cover events comprehensively and gather statements from all relevant parties. Corrections Policy
While Crifo Sports strives for accuracy, mistakes can occasionally occur despite following proper procedures. In such cases, we promptly acknowledge the error, verify the correct facts, and clearly inform our readers about what was wrong, what is correct, and why the change was made.
Organogram
The Editor oversees all departments, including news, reporting, and editorial units, with support from the Chief Reporter and News Editor.
Each department has its own In-Charge responsible for team workflow. The Chief Reporter leads the reporting team, while the News Editor manages the desk operations. Other departments- such as digital and web, English, and multimedia- are each headed by their respective In-Charges and supported by Senior Sub-Editors.
The Research and Development Department handles editorials, opinions, and columns under the Editor’s guidance.
The Admin and Human Resources Department manages overall operations, including accounts, production, storage, and logistics. The Accounts Department handles all financial matters.

Crifo Sports is owned by Crifo Sports Media Limited (CSML), which launched the platform to serve and promote the sports sector.
